The Alpha Course
Over 2 million people in the UK and 11 million worldwide have now attended an Alpha course, an opportunity to explore the meaning of life.
The course explains faith in a relaxed and friendly way. Each evening starts at 7.15pm with a meal followed by a dvd and then there is plenty of time for questions and discussion before the finish at 9.30pm.
Subjects: Who was Jesus? What evidence is there that he ever existed? What was the point of the Cross? How can there be a God of love when there is so much suffering in the world? Isn’t the bible just out of date?
It is possible to ask any question and nothing will be considered too simple or even too hostile!
